A family, a company or any other organization is considered to be a dynamic system. Thus each member of the system influences the others and is in return also influenced by them. That is why it is not sufficient to consider any occurring problem only as an individual´s problem: if one member develops a problem its context within the system has to be taken into consideration and vice versa the problem one person has also influences the everyday life of all the other members. All those changes put the system in question temporarily out of balance. Systemic Coaching helps the system to overcome its „stuck.stage“ and to adapt in order to find a new order. Systemic Coaching teaches the members of the system in question to develop its own resources. Communication and behavior patterns are uncovered and if necessary adapted. The goal is to replace a problem with new problem solving strategies.
