Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is one of mankind´s oldest and most natural healing methods. It is considered a powerful tool to complement medical treatment. In addition it is a surprisingly effective procedure in psychotherapy and many other fields of personal development such as sports improvement. Hypnosis is a highly effective tool in order to increase boith concentration and learning abilities, to gain self confidence, to conquer fears, to trigger motivation and creativity, and besides it does not have any side effects at all. Thoughts do not only have an enormous effect on our human behavior but also have an amazing impact on our body functions, i.e. our health. However, within each and everyone of us lies the potential to literally solve any problem that we are confronted with in our everyday life. Hypnosis is a process which produces both a state of relaxation and at the same time the distraction of the conscious mind. Under hypnosis the focus is directed to the inside rather than the outside, thus allowing access to the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is considered to be the most effective tool to access, mobilize and actualize the individual´s full potential. A potential which otherwise could not be utilized to its full extend. During a session you are always in full control of yourself, aware of your environment and at all times completely capable of making your own decisions. A session usually lasts between 45-60 minutes.
