Family & Organization Constellation

In general our own family and our so-called family ties play a much more important role as far as our individual lifestyles are concerned than most of us are aware of. Many different areas can be affected and such subconscious patterns are likely to be passed on from generation to generation without even anybody being aware of that. That is why it is often necessary to view certain private or job related problems from a totally different angle taking the individual´s family background into consideration in order to fully understand the problem and work out a solution. Even the reason for developing certain diseases can often be found embedded in the individual´s system. Systemic Constellations, i.e. family and organization constellations are an amazingly powerful tool that helps reveal certain underlying correlations. Undetected conflicts and entanglements will become visible. Different perspectives can be developed and gained thus providing new ways of thinking as well as different and more constructive coping strategies.
